The Opportunity as HR Manager

EYC www.eyc.com is a world leader in the provision of customer-centric technology, training and consulting services that places customer analytics at the heart of retailing. This enables our clients to generate greater customer loyalty, driving revenue and profitability growth. EYC is looking to double its revenues in 2012 and our employee base from the current 120 to circa 180 employees in the next 12 months (greatest growth is outside the UK).We have core offices in London, USA and Asia, with a presence also in Russia, the Far East and mainland Europe.

The Role as HR Manager

HR will play a pivotal role in helping us to achieve these ambitious growth plans.With little infrastructure in place we need you to underpin what we do in recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, employee communications and engagement, Learning & Development and building a performance culture. This is not a role for the faint-hearted but the scope to make your mark is huge!

Reporting to and working closely with the CFO based in London, your remit will be:

To get ahead of the growth curve in terms of workforce planning, recruitment programmes and on-boarding.To develop the HR function into a true business partner across the regions, delivering hands-on direction to the key stakeholders.To manage and develop a Recruitment Specialist, a part-time HR Administrator and a HR Manager (Boston, USA).

Lets talk about you!

You are a commercially savvy hands-on HR professional who can comfortably switch from operational to strategic, as required. You are responsible for HR on an International platform and are viewed as energetic and highly resilient with strong prioritisation skills.
