JOB DESCRIPTION:

Due to expansion, there is a superb opportunity to join our established team within recruitment to recruitment.

The company has strong client base with a solid reputation within the market. We can offer you ongoing support with autonomy to use your initiative and integrity.

A busy perms role that requires professionalism and tenacity together with initiative and good listening skills.

Registering and telephone interviewing candidates

Interviewing candidates and matching their needs, wants, team fit and experience to clients

Working in a discreet and confidential fashion to maintain candidates anonymity and confidence

Making, preparing for, debriefing interviews

Negotiating offers

Taking vacancies from clients

Writing job advertisements

Response handling

This is a 360 degree rolewith a strong focus on both candidates and clients and would suit an experienced perms consultant looking to elevate their career within a specialist sector.

Essential experience required:

You must have a solid CV within permanent recruitment (2 years) in any sector

Confidence in your approach to candidates and clients

A passion for the recruitment sector.

Able to adapt and flex your approach

Able to tactfully manage the expectations of both candidate and client
