My client is an established and rapidly growing design business that is currently attracting business on an international scale. Due to this expansion, an opportunity has arisen for the first time for a Marketing Manager to join them and set up a Marketing Strategy and Function from scratch.

As the company grows, this will be a superb opportunity for the successful candidate to develop with the business working closely with the Directors to plan strategy for the business moving forward.

You will be working alongside a very slick, dynamic and entrepreneurial MD with a real passion for his business and staff. Having grown the business to a hugely successful enterprise within their field, he is looking for some one who can make his vision a reality.

You will be looking at the existing set up and work with the Directors to plan a Marketing strategy both nationally and internally. You will look at how they can maximise their opportunities in their current market place as well as researching new fields. You will undertake competitor analysis, look at CRM systems and strategies to stay connected with current clients. You will be helping to formulate their brand and be involved in reviewing any marketing literature.

You will identify ways to assist in the expansion into European and potentially Asian markets looking at campaigns and communications and plan new product launches etc. You will also be the front line face of the business organising and attending client events, exhibitions and much more. You will be working with creative agencies managing literature for the business and all online strategy including SEO

Applicants will have previous experience of a 360 degree Marketing role. Ideally you wold have worked in a Marketing role where you were responsible for all the marketing within the business.In this role you will report into the MD and be solely responsible for all Marketing for the company.Experience of working within international Markets is desirable.
