ROLE:

We are always keen to invest in the right people to take our company forward and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding business. This position requires an individual who will offer first line Technical support over the telephone to both new and existing customers.

This role would suit a lively engineer possessing technical flair and an ability to discuss complicated factory automation technologies in an easy way. The role provides a great deal of diversity handling enquiries from customers in support of their PLCs, Inverter drives, safety and associated products.

This is a full-time, office based position with excellent opportunities for progression and a competitive salary. A continual training programme is provided but applicants should have a strong electrical technical background.

This is a responsible role with excellent prospects for a person with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard in an already successful team.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of a HNC/HND in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.

The position would suit engineers or graduates wishing to work with both existing and leading edge product technologies.
