Due to our continued expansion, Portland Apartments are seeking energetic and highly motivated Arrival Coordinator to work at our London Office.

Whilst guests are staying in our apartments, you are their primary contact and must respond to their requests and queries. You are responsible for preparing apartments for their arrival and meeting them if necessary.

This will involve liaising closely with the operations co-ordinators, night arrivals co-ordinator and maintenance assistants and housekeeping team. You are responsible for helping ensure that all guests receive a service level which exceeds their expectations when staying in our London apartments.
