Crewing Co-ordinator

Reporting into the Crewing Supervisor, the Crewing Co-ordinator will be responsible for monitoring and amending crew rosters ensuring that all flights are properly crewed in accordance with CAA regulations.

You will provide technical support to the Crewing Controllers and be the first point of contact for both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew who may need issues or queries resolving. A key part of your role will be to settle rostering issues and build strong working relationships with internal customers including the Operations, Commercial, Charters and Engineering Teams.

To be successful in this position, experience of working in a Crewing environment is essential along with sound knowledge of CAA regulations. The ability to make commercially sound decisions is also required along with a methodical and accurate working style. Your role will require you to work to tight deadlines and you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent attention to detail. Experience of computerised rostering programmes would also be advantageous.

The working pattern for this role will consist of a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern that will include both day and night shifts, including public holiday and weekend work.
