As an Assistant Hotel Manager you will be responsible for a busy 112 bedroom hotel situated near the center of Cardiff with full bar caf facilities.

You must live within an hour of the location or be prepared to relocate to within an hour of this location at your own cost. Please note Travelodge do not provide live in accommodation.

Key Responsibilities as Assistant Hotel Manager

Delivering the highest standard of services to a varied and diverse range of customers both business and leisure.

P&L responsibility for the hotel

You would be responsible for working alongside your Hotel Manager in leading a team to manage all aspects of the Hotel

Demonstrate a strong grasp of our brands standards and aims

Deliver the highest standard of service consistently in keeping with our brand and values

Previous Experience Preferred for Assistant Hotel Manager Position

Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager or Team Leader is essential for this role

Previously delivered high customer standards in a similar customer facing role

A true professional who can actively achieve business goals, while closely working to the values of our brand.
