Reporting line :
Direct line responsibility to the Business Partner
Make recommendations to ensure the project progresses in the right direction and ensure issues are resolved adequately
Responsibilities within Design Team:
Co-lead (alongside Business Owners) large scale projects or programs of work that are managed and run at global, regional and local levels, as appropriate.
Develop an understanding of key Walmart & industry applications worldwide and actively exploit the potential business benefits to Asda


Responsible for within year project deliverables, ensuring all deliverables are of suitably high standard, on time and in accordance with the ISDLC and being the point of escalation for project risks and issues
Define the Product roadmap for each critical business solution
Responsibilities within ISD Department
Work to continuously improve the ISDLC and Business Analysis function, both in country and globally
Build strong relationships with any 3rd party or supplier relationships
Work and support the Business Partner and Programme Managers throughout the lifecycle to deliver high quality solutions on time
Responsibilities with the Customer
Work with the business to understand future direction and align global and local systems roadmaps to this (linking IT strategy with business strategy)
Work with the Business in the initial stages to identify process and/or systems improvement
Support the Business Partner with project status information to feed to the customer
Responsibilities for People
Ensure personal KRAs are in line with overall project delivery and develop and maintain personal coaching contract
Ensure direct report BAs and Snr BAs have personal KRAs in line with Design Team KRAs and provide support, coaching and input in to PAR for direct report BAs and Snr BAs
Keep current on BA tools and techniques
