Business Analyst Retail Birmingham

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in the Retail sector?
If so, look no further!

As a Business Analyst with Signet Trading Ltd youll get the opportunity to provide strategic analysis for several concurrent innovative IT workstreams designed to further grow our business. You'll Business Partner senior managers and departmental heads to understand their needs and the impacts that new solutions and ideas might have on their functionality and productivity. Youll then use this requirements gathering to create systems recommendations to the business, developing compelling business proposals for change and then supporting our projects through to successful delivery, implementation and operation.

This role will be based out of our Birmingham head office but will require a flexible approach to travelling to our Borehamwood head office as necessary.

About You
Were looking for applicants to be experienced in the following:
- Providing Business Analysis within multi-site retail environments
- Business partnering Senior Managers within the Retail environment on the delivery of solutions that impact on areas such as Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Logistics, Finance, etc.
- Strategic road-mapping, workshop organisation and facilitation, requirements gathering, and drafting business plans and propositions to meet desired business outcomes.
- Solving business problems by applying structured techniques.
