Commercial Vehicle Advisor
Overall purpose of this role: Working within the Commercial Division, your role will be to focus on handling enquiries from customers with commercial vehicle insurance requirements. By providing exemplary sales and service to new or existing Swinton Colonnade customers, you will build profitable case count growth and generate premium income to agreed targets in line with the business plan. You will build effective and productive relationships with our panel of Insurers and external suppliers ensuring customers are acquired and retained to our mutual benefit.

Reports to CV Team Manager

Key accountabilities
* Achieve all agreed sales targets and ensure systems and procedures are properly maintained.
* Maintain an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices and providing recommendations ensuring customer and business needs are met.
* Produce clear and concise written correspondence and prioritise your workload by planning and focusing your tasks.
* Ensure all sales are undertaken in accordance with the Company's compliant processes.
Education / qualifications
* Good general education, qualifications ideally include English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
