Employment Lawyer
A fantastic opportunity in Cardiff has arisen to join our clients growing employment law/HR Consultancy team, providing practical employment law advice and support to a diverse range of clients across the UK.
Working in the employment and HR team you will provide both advice and consultancy to clients on a range of HR and employment law related issues, such as contracts of employment, policies and procedures, performance management, recruitment and selection, reward, redundancy, TUPE, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievances.
You will be part of our clients legal advice line team, being able to respond quickly and comprehensively to client calls and offer practical and commercial advice to assist clients to resolve problems and situations. You will also have some experience of preparing, responding and attending employment tribunals.
Skills Required
With a background as an experienced employment lawyer 2-4yr PQE with extensive knowledge of employment law, you will have the ability build upon existing client relationships, but will also have strong networking and business development skills in order to market the work of the employment team and win new business.
You will have the ability to work to targets and deadlines with minimum supervision. A strong focus on client relationships and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
