My insurance client in Cardiff is seeking 2 Insurance Advisors to join them on a permanent basis.
The role exists to:
Provide accurate and efficient customer service & administration, both written and oral, to all departments on company ProductsKey responsibilities to include:
Daily PostDaily DiaryAccurate quoting and processing of mid-term amendments/cancellationsHandling of telephone calls and customer queriesAccurately updating all relevant spreadsheetsAccurate debiting of transactionsGeneral support and administrative duties in all areasUpdating system in a timely and accurate mannerKey Performance Indicators:
All files to be processed within Company timescalesPaperwork and advice given to be accurate and of a high standardAll complaints and rule breaches to be reported to Management Ensure compliance with the companies TCF policy at all Pass all relevant Compliance assessments for ongoing assessmentUpdate Terms & Conditions folder and Log on a regular basisThis vacancy is being advertised by Fresh Recruitment who are operating as a recruitment agency.
