South London YMCA are looking to recruit a skilled maintenance worker with plumbing experience to work as a key member of the Facilities Management team.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Multi sites South London

A full cleanUK driving licence is essential.

South London YMCA is a leading provider of supported housing. The accommodation we provide ranges from traditional hostel style buildings to exciting new build properties.

Working as a key member of the Facilities Management team to maintain and improve the standard of South London YMCAs buildings. Applicants must have experience of carrying out general maintenance repairs to an excellent standard as well as specific skills and experience in plumbing and decorating.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently across multiple sites, as well as work closely with other maintenance staff on complex repairs and larger improvement works.

Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced CRB check and employment reference check covering the previous 5 years of employment.
