Merchandising Analyst - Asda
A small team (part of a larger team in Food Merchandising and Space) that works cross functionally within Asda House and in stores. We provide a Retail Helpdesk where stores can make contact with our Food Space and Merchandising teams to make changes to space or their product mix. We have a vacancy for a Helpdesk colleague to become the first point of contact with any Merchandising queries that the stores may have. We are responsible for accurately logging any issues and providing all the necessary checks to ensure that the best possible service is provided to our stores and our Asda House colleagues.
The ins and outs
Handling store queries and logging them accurately to the relevant departments
Ensure all pre-checks are done and all calls are validated
Take responsibility for running daily reports and raising any issues that may arise
Understanding and supporting the merchandising/space functions to help deliver activity right first time
Analysing issues within merchandising/space and spotting early trends
Managing time effectively and ensuring a high level of communication with other team members is maintained.
