We currently have a mortgage advisor position become available in our busy central office, offering excellent benefits and bonuses. In this role you will be dealing with potential clients that have been generated by the sales team and assessing their mortgage to establish if there has been any miss-selling. If so you will also be advising them on how to make a potential claim.
Duties and Responsibilities;

- Calling prospective mortgage clients from warm leads hot keys
- Converting hot keys
- Using product knowledge to advise and assess mortgage policy
- Inform clients of procedures
- Answering questions, requests and resolving problems
- Organising and updating database

Skills and Experience;

- Must have 12 months experience in mortgage advising or banking.
- Have good product knowledge of mortgage procedures
- To be able to self motivate, set and achieve targets
- Be able to build rapport with clients
- To have the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid time keeping skills
