Role description
Critical to their continued success is both the effective performance of their London based International Secretariat and the ongoing delivery of the key elements of the strategic plan. As a result of an internal restructure, Nexia are now seeking an Operations Director to ensure the delivery of high quality, uniform and consistent services in the Nexia network.
Reporting to the Executive Director, responsibilities will include:
Managing and co-ordinating the successful delivery of the project commitments in the Strategy Plan Managing, motivating and developing a highly quality, committed team within the secretariat Review of the continuing financial performance of the organisation Providing support and assistance to the Executive Director on commercial and member activities Providing support to the Board of Directors ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and statutory responsibilities
Who we're looking for
Potential applicants will have excellent all round operational ability and have a clear record of success in managing and motivating teams in service / customer centric orientated environments, that require a pro active approach. With strong commercial acumen, you will also have exceptional interpersonal skills. You should enjoy liaising with individuals at all levels of an organisation, working extensively with members and related external contacts. There may be a need for limited overseas travel within this international organisation.
