Purpose of Role
To plan and organise the full life cycle of all facilities management work orders from the time they are logged to completion. This would involve understanding the work orders and allocating to the correct skill set(s) of the engineers or subcontractors and updating on the system. Location: Salford Quays, Salford.Reporting to: Team ManagerResponsibilities
To sort and dispatch the calls to engineers based on the correct skills set and geographical location.
Logging jobs by telephone and email inputting the details into an in-house system (I Contact).
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets and respond to customer demands.
Planning daily work load for engineers within in-house system Maximo or other system tools.
Organising planned maintenance for engineers and sub contractors.
Raise Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Orders to the value not exceeding agreed limits with the line manager.
Track progress of work orders, and re-plan/assign as required to manage workload and priorities of response.
Organise to a work complete status in line with SKAs.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
Collate accurate and punctual regular reports as required in liaison with line manager (contract specific).
