WASTE MANAGEMENT PROCESSING SITES REQUIRE MOTIVATED PRODUCTION & PROCESS LINE MANAGERS

PACKAGE: 40-50k Basic, Bonus, Car, Mobile, Pension, Health
CLIENT: Established player in recycling and waste sector looking to hiremotivated leaders of the future

ROLE - Operations Manager / Production Manager / Site Manager
You will be responsible for a waste processing site (materials recycling facility)
This will be manned by around 50 people and you will be responsible for the efficient running of shift patterns, measuring and controlling input and output, ensuring that processes run smoothly
The site will primarily be based around manual picking but there will be some automation in the form of conveyors, baling and wrapping equipment
The site will deal with general waste which will be sorted - with recyclates being pulled out EG - paper, plastics, metals, cardboard and the remainder sent to landfill
You will also deal with confidential waste streams
You will not be responsible for trucks

EXPERIENCE
Ideally from a similar role in the sector OR from a similar role in production and manufacturing where you look after a production shift made up of a team of people, conveyors and some automated equipment to ensure efficient processes
This experience could have been gained in:
Transport, Logistics, Parcels, Couriers, Warehousing, Distribution,General Manufacturing, Engineering

SUITABLE PREVIOUS TITLES: MRF Manager, Site Operations Manager, Depot / Manufacturing or Production Manager
