Our client specialises in turnkey solutions for the cosmetics industry, from concept to design and delivery of colour cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and toiletries. As a key interface between the business and their client base, the Project Manager holds a pivotal role in ensuring that their innovative, market-leading products are developed in a timely manner, exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities include:

Working with all parts of the business to deliver results, from sales and marketing to formulations, new product development and design/creative. Project management of the entire lifecycle from brief to deliveryControl costs, deadlines and deliverablesBuilding and managing strong, trusted relationships with clients

To succeed in this role, the right candidate will have experience in a similar role in which you have had to deliver against tight deadlines in a full service or turnkey environment. Ideally you will possess good working knowledge of the cosmetics sector or of a parallel industry sector which provides transferable skills. Prince2 qualifications would be useful although our client is happy to invest in the right people. A degree in any relevant discipline, or equivalent, is essential.

The right candidate for this role will be a completer-finisher, able to work to tight deadlines and budgets while delivering best in class solutions to complex client needs. You will have great attention to detail and will be accustomed to working in an environment in which you are responsible for a broad range of deliverables.
