The Company

In an industry dominated by poor performance, over promising and under achieving we are breaking the mould and offering an innovative, speedier solution to the traditional Estate Agency approach. We are already successfully selling over 400 properties a month across the UK.

We are now at the forefront of the industrys evolution and are looking to expand the business as a result.

The Role

Achievable 1st year OTE of 35k+ and 2nd year OTE of 40k+

As a Property Sales Executive you will be solely responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties across the UK with a full spectrum of property values. You will be commercially aware, astute at negotiating offers and fully abreast of the property market across the UK. Our most successful sales executives are selling a house a day on average. Effectively running a business within the business, you will strive for success and are truly in charge of your own commissions. The harder you work your portfolio the more money you can earn.

Strong sales and organisational skills are required but full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Commerciality is key to the success of any individual and the Company. In addition, the ability to thrive in a vibrant, hard-working, professional, progressive and fast paced environment is required. You must be able to work under tight time restraints and be an accomplished target achiever. Our current Executives are capable of closing a deal and negotiating offers in a professional and intelligent manner. Only the money hungry and career focussed should apply. Our most successful executives have previously been Estate Agency Branch Managers, Valuers and Senior Negotiators.

Hours

40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday 9am - 3pm

Basic Salary is up to 18,000 with a very realistic and achievable 1st year OTE of 35k+

For the right candidate other more challenging and rewarding opportunities are also available. We are looking to more than double in size during 2012. As we only promote from within based on merit and potential, management roles are easily in reach for those hungry to progress.
