The compliance officer is a core part of the business and ensures that we will continue to meet the high standards that our clients set and the higher standards we set ourselves.

Desired Skills & Experience

The duties involved will be:

Overseeing the compliance of candidates who will be place by the recruitment teams

Sourcing of documents and updating candidate files

Working to timescales and KPI's to ensure that candidates are made compliant in agreed timescales

Working with the Compliance Manager to pass internal and external audit's

Ensuring candidates complete Mandatory training

Processing CRB check

Occupational Health Screening

Experience of Government Framework Agreements is essential

Good understanding of Confidentiality

Good IT and personal skills are essential

Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
