The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Team Leader.You will be working in a 360 degree role generating and filling your own vacancies as well as developing new permanent business.

Responsibilities will Include:

Developing an in-depth list of potential client targets

Negotiating the best terms of business with all clients

Conducting professional contact with all relevant client contact points

Preparing (in conjunction with Bid Manager/Business Development Support) customised literature to aid approach to clients

Developing long-term client relationships

Qualifications of all job specifications including face to face client meetings

Conducting research into selected generalist or niche market sector

The Candidate

The candidate will demonstrate a solid background within the recruitment industry. You will be a sales and results driven individual with a high degree of commercial awareness.
