Regional Sales Manager - Pest Control

Our ongoing success means that we are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage the sales team for the Pest Control business unit in the North of England & Scotland in order to maximise profitable sales growth for the Company.

Main Duties

As Regional Sales Manager you will:

Actively network and develop relationships with existing and potential clients and throughout the market in order to generate sales opportunities.Effectively map the pest control market to identify areas of potential growth such as new industry innovations.Develop a sales strategy that will ensure that sales growth targets are achieved or exceeded.Build strong relationships throughout the business to ensure the conversion of sales opportunities to order and the effective mobilisation of new contracts.Manage the sales team to create a motivated and successful team, with a string emphasis on personal and team development.Identify and drive new areas of potential growth through the maximisation of existing client relationships and the introduction of new service lines in conjunction with the operational management teams.Ensure that the team delivers quality sales response from first contact to order and that the entire process is accurately recorded to enable effective reporting.
