The Position

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our highly motivated and focussed retail catering team. Key accountabilities will involve ensuring the effective delivery of the required services, optimise the footfall and spend from all retail outlets and to develop an effective marketing plan for sales growth.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a Corporate or Retail role Relevant managerial qualifications i.e. degree, NVQ or equivalent Excellent people skills, able to motivate, lead and develop a team Passion about food and customer service Knowledge about products and promotions Good financial and commercial acumen High standards and be quality driven Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills An eye for detail Good knowledge of IT systems A 'Can do' attitude
