We have an exciting new Senior Sales Consultant opportunity available for people who adore retail, want to work for a truly exciting company, understand our brand and can offer exceptional service to our customers.

We aren't your average retailer and so we're not looking for someone average. We are looking for someone who:

Thrives on targets and ensures that customers receive an exceptional shopping experience Has proven experience in a previous supervisory role, demonstrating where you have provided support to your manager or a management teamHas proven experience in sales and customer service in a retail environment or in another customer focused and sales industry The customer and that relationship with them is vital to our business, so you will need to have demonstrable experience in outstanding customer service and you should be able to demonstrate how you build that customer relationship Has a positive can- do attitude and is results drivenDisplays a huge amount of enthusiasm, energy and passion for our products and brand. You need to love our products and you will be expected to discuss your favourite ones with us at interview A part of your role will involve receiving regular deliveries from our Warehouse, helping with lifting and moving customer collections and supporting the Store Manager with store layouts. Manual handling experience and training would be strongly advantageous. Training will be provided but the ability to carry out the above is essential.Wants to offer our customers and can demonstrate that you have experience in delivering, exceptional customer service Is computer literate
