Exciting opportunity to joinCentrick Propertys busy tenancy management team, based at the companys head office next to the Mailbox in central Birmingham.

This is new position created due to significant business growth, with the Tenancy Co-Ordinator assisting the already strong department in managing over 1000 tenancies across the West Midlands. Previous lettings or property management experience preferable.

Successful applicant will be a team player with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail. No weekend working required. Salary dependant on experience
