Due to the rapid expansion of our company we are looking for a responsible and reliable Accounts Assistant looking to progress their careers within a broader, more commercial role.

OFFICE BASED UK ACCOUNTS AND LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE ROLE

Data entry of sales and purchase ledgers. Email invoices to customers and ensure that invoices are received. Checking and reconciling supplier statementsAssisting with monthly management accountingThe ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to give clear spoken and written instructions, gain co-operation from agents and to supervise clearing/transport/warehousing agents to ensure that they act correctly and on time.The candidate must also be prepared for solving problems in documentation and with agents. They must expect the best, but prepare for the worst. Handling import documentation and liaising with air and sea custom clearing agentsInstructing and monitoring transport companies, couriers and warehouses to ensure that goods are delivered on time within UK and internationally. Warehouse stock controlHelping manage the packaging and fulfillment business co-coordinating with warehouse teams to meet client deadlinesYou will be willing to learn and improve yourself, with a view to be promoted quickly through the companyKnowledge of SAP or similar software will be advantageous and language skills in German/ French/ Spanish useful. Interest and enthusiasm for IT systems and query writing for software programmes will be advantageous

Supreme Creations has a very low-turnover of staff, with many employees working for over 10 years. This position has an immediate start.

A competitivesalary circa 16,000-20,000 depending on experience
