JT Development Solutions Ltd, is a growing training company built on quality & we are currently seeking a full time Apprenticeship Assessor and Internal Verifier to deliver apprenticeships & work based training across the UK. You must be a A1/TAQA qualified and hold PTLLS as well as evidence competencies in the fields we assess. A college or FE background with experience of Ofsted would also be an advantage. Experience of Assessing and verifying NVQs / Apprenticeships is essential. The role will suit someone with a commercial and business acumen.

Purpose/principals of the role To assess/teach candidates in NVQ, Technical Certificate, Keyskills at level 2 and 3 and higher
To provide management information and progress reports to management.
To complete reviews and health & safety documentation where required.
To identify employer sector needs & new opportunities
To advise Management where improvements in practice are required and to compile, monitor & where required deliver direct any improvement recommendations
This post will play a key role in future Ofsted Inspections, both in preparation & during actual inspection
In this role you will be required to sign up candidates and complete health & safety and employer interview.

Occupational Experience
Experience of working within a work based learning sector with knowledge of a wide range of Apprenticeship frameworks at level 2/3 such as Business Admin, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Warehouse and Logistics, Management. Previous experience of Ofsted inspection an advantage

Additional Information
Must hold UK Driving License and have own transport as will be required to travel nationally with some overnight stays. Initially cohort will be located Midlands down to Southampton, however, areas are subject to change. Internal verifier will be expected to travel nationally.
