An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful Sales and Lettings agent based in Henleaze. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of their industrious sales team.

Candidates should have excellent time management coupled with good communication skills. The role includes coordinating and conducting viewings, liaising with both applicants and vendors, and, negotiating offers.

Purpose of Role

The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator for this role will be working in our clients busy and successful branch. You will work closely with potential purchasers to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are for sale. You will also ensure you have made your clients aware of any other available products.

The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, confident, organised and an extremely well presented successful Estate Agent.

A successful Sales Negotiator is positive, professional and vibrant. They have lots of energy for life and are driven to meet targets and to push themselves towards more senior roles whilst having fantastic earning potential.

Essential Skills required for being a successful Sales Negotiator:

Previous Estate Agency or Lettings Experience * May consider a candidate who has other strong sales experience*
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
Accurate, numerate and computer literate
A team player with excellent organisational skills
You must have a full UK driving licence

Experience/Qualifications required:

Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
