The newly refurbished Pavilion Leisure Centre boasts a premier fitness gym, changing facilities and reception area which have all been upgraded as part a 5m improvement scheme. In addition to this we are also opening a brand new Ten Pin Bowling and Soft Play area within the Centre in the spring which will transform the site in to our Flagship Centre.

An opportunity has arisen within our Pavilion Leisure Centre for the positions of Cooks to join our team and to ensure our standards for food, quality and service are maintained which will result in customer satisfaction and repeat business.

You will need to comply with Health & Safety, food and hygiene guidelines. You will also be required to produce food to a high quality and consistently in a busy high turnover catering environment.

You will need to demonstrate experience in working in a similar environment and have knowledge of current F&B best practice and practical application in the workplace along with commercial awareness.

Desirably we are also looking for candidates to hold a Food Safety Foundation level 2 or similar qualifications. You will be flexible in your approach with the ability to work on a shift basis which will include evenings and some weekends to ensure full cover is provided during opening hours of service.
