Our client is a leading provider of Domiciliary Care (Home Care) throughout the UK.Due to ongoing growth and success they are keen to employ an experienced Home Care manager to run a branch in Leicester that provides around 2,000 hours of domiciliary care per week. (Please note our client does not require someone that has a background in running care homes, sorry!)Applicants applying must have/be:From a Domiciliary Care (Home Care) background, and have spent at least 8 years within this sector with 4-5 being within managementHave a registered managers award (or equivalent) OR be willing to complete NVQ level 4 for Care ManagersExperience of managing the P&L of the branchHave worked for commercial business providing home careHave a genuine understanding of running a branch/business unit that provides dom-careBe a driver with own vehicle (ESSENTIAL!!)Live within very close proximity to LeicesterHave excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenBe able to work under pressureHave an excellent understanding of the operational side of the businessBe highlyorganisedand process and procedures drivenHave experience in managing and monitoring the performance of dom-care staff*Due to the high volume of applications we expect to receive, we will only be contacting the candidates whose backgrounds genuinely match the requirement.
