A great opportunity has arisen to join Optical Express as one of our Senior Optical Advisors/ Laser Sales Advisorsbasedin our BiriminghamHigh StreetStore. Your challenge is to create sales opportunities and deliver challenging but attainable targets with the highest standard of professionalism, quality and service. Talking to existing or potential new Optical Express customers, you will build a rapport, identifying customer needs, and shape the conversation towards a successful sale. Our training is designed to give you the skills and technical ability to successfully match the needs of the customer, as well as keeping you fully informed on competitors, the marketplace and the key factors that will help deliver your sales.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the Retail or Healthcare industries; they will be Self-motivated, enthusiastic and well presented, with a strong customer service focus and great commercial awareness. We are looking for candidates that are fired up by a challenge, with a hunger to succeed and posses the sales skills and professionalism to stand apart from the crowd.
