Onsite Recruitment Resourcing Consultant

Salary: Dependent on Experience, 18,000 - 23,000

We are looking to expand our team of onsite consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Working for Essex team; we are dedicated to providing a first class service to our client and candidates onsite at Essex County Council. Due to continued success we are looking to recruit a highly experienced, motivated and driven Resourcer / Consultant. You will manage an established and successful desk. Working within a highly experienced recruitment team you will be responsible for:

* Sourcing, screening and selection of suitable candidates covering all permanent recruitment from Pier Attendants to Head of Departments

* Providing a consultative service with regards to advert writing, location of suitable specialist websites and negotiation of fee's

* Arranging and co-ordinating interviews to include liaising with both the client and the candidate, securing and providing all relevant feedback to both parties

* Processing offers and creation of initial candidate file.

* Managing clients expectations whilst maintaining high SLA standards, ensuring that each position is filled within set timescales

* Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, either as a resourcer or consultant, have the ability to undertake a variety of tasks to a high standard whilst meeting and exceeding targets to include: - GP, Candidate Attraction, Interview Arranging and conversion of offers.
