My client are a leading Property Services business operating nationally and specialising in the painting and redecoration market. They work on large domestic and commercial schemes for housing associations, healthcare companies, education facilities and the MOD.

Due to an ever increasing portfolio and large forward order book they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a practical approach to their work. You will have extensive exposure to the maintenance market which will include substantial experience on painting and decorating work. You will have a good commercial head on your shoulders being able to measure up and develop and price contracts quickly and efficiently. Contracts are a mix of framework schemes as well as traditional tenders. You will work under an area manager and will assist in driving the region forward.
