City Suburban Tree Surgeons Limited is an equal opportunities employer and we are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide an internal advisory service and assistance to managers and staff in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices in compliance with current legislation and best practice.

The post will be 24 hours per week, which can be flexibly arranged, however the postholder must be able to start at 7am to meet operational requirements.Predominantly based at our head office in Stockwell, travel to our other operational depots will be required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience and be qualified to CIPD Intermediate level.You will enjoy taking a hands-on approach to providing advice and assistance to managers via 1:1 coaching, workshops and other ad hoc means, to support them with issues such as recruitment, poor performance, attendance management, staff appraisal etc, ensuring that HR policies are implemented fairly and consistently.A good working knowledge of employment legislation is essential.

You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices in the company through the provision of advice and information to the Senior Management Team.
