We require a Reliability Engineer to further strengthen the team in Kent, to help us continue to provide a world-class service to our customers. Cummins takes pride in all our products and need your drive and enthusiasm to help unleash the power of Cummins.

The Reliability Engineer position will be focused on the leading the development and execution of reliability engineering processes in the EMEA region. This position will primarily involve interaction cross functionally and will participate in activities and projects around product reliability improvement and reliability process improvement.

You will:

Create a process to define, document and maintain work procedures.
Maintain reliability engineering tools, methods and procedures
Identify process improvement opportunities and corrective action plans.
Participate as a reliability team representative in cross functional initiatives.
Develop, publish and maintain reliability reports.
Lead reliability engineering improvement initiatives / projects
Develop and execute working level reliability engineering strategy in alignment with the global strategy.
Participate as the reliability representative in new product introduction teams.

The successful candidate will possess an Engineering degree and have proven analytical skills and experience of analysis tools used in a similar role. Certification as a Reliability Engineer is advantageous but not essential.

On a personal note, you must demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, strong cross functional working and good organizational skills.
