Currell Residential is a successful, well established family run business with offices in Islington, Clerkenwell, Hackney and Victoria Park. We have a busy specialist Professional and Commercial office, a dedicated New Homes department, a property management and property lettings department. Currell Residential Islington are looking for a residential sales negotiator to work with the existing team , this is a junior position and would suit a committed , go getting graduate with an aptitude for sales.

We are looking for a sales negotiator for our busy Islington sales office. The candidate will have good property sales experience and a successful track record within the Industry. The position is available immediately. You will be working from Monday to Friday 8.45 until 6pm and Saturday 9.45 until 4pm with an agreed day off between. We offer 20 days holiday pro rata, per annum. Basic is commensurate with experience, but OTE should exceed 40,000 plus bonuses. Pool cars are available and there is no limit to earnings.

Absolute requirements

Ability to communicate. Minimum A level qualification. Full UK driving licence. Passion for property. Team Player.

Preferred requirements

University degree. Previous property experience. Previous sales experience. Knowledge of Islington market.
