We are seeking a self-driven and highly motivated Sales Order Processor/Customer Service Advisor to join our forward thinking, successful company based in West London.

As a Sales Order Processor/Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting our front line telephone driven sales team, who are tasked with providing exceptional customer service to our many customers and clients. You will be responsible for sales order processing,liaisingwith customers in regards to their orders, recording details of enquiries, comments and complaints, dealing with our couriers to arrange collection orre-deliveriesand alsogeneral office duties including filing and faxing.

The ideal candidate:

Will have a sound academic record, ideally to an A level standardHas at least 2 years experience in sales order processingDiplomacy and excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well within teamsWill be self-motivated and conscientious with exemplary attention to detail

Preferable but not essential:

Customer service qualifications are desirableKnowledge of electronics and/or a manufacturing environment
