Due to the on-going growth and success of the Bishopston Office our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their expanding lettings office on a full time basis.

They are looking for a proactive and motivated person who is able to work on their own and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one or two years experience and have the ability to be a strong valuer in various markets.

Purpose of role:

To support and inspire the growth and development of the brand in line with our clients vision and future business growth! You will be part of building a robust, sustainable and respected Lettings brand and work for a company that will make you and them proud.

A Senior Lettings Negotiator is a self starter and has lots of self motivation. They will be someone who is hungry to succeed. Their success will be through a determination and commitment to win business. They will have a passion for excellent customer service.

A successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will win the business of both the Landlords and Tenants and have full awareness of current legislation in this environment.

They are proactive in generating business and have a clear vision and direction. They shall take every opportunity to close deals and will have a strong friendly personality and a great work ethos. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport and maintain long term business relationships.

The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with an un capped commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name in the industry.

Experience/Qualifications required:

Previous Lettings or Estate Agency Experience is Essential.
