We are expanding the reach of our change program and are now seeking a lively personality to add to the team; someone capable of using their lean skills to build on and accelerate our current change program. The person were looking for has people skills that can reach out to the hearts and minds of everyone in this business. We want a creative, people person at heart to whom training and guiding is an important part of driving change into an organisation.

Skills/Experience:-

The successful candidate will have a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and will be:-

Responsible for the training and coaching of staff in Lean and Six Sigma techniques and reporting on the success of the training.

Identifying new Lean projects and opportunities across the business

Leading/facilitating and supporting Lean projects

Supporting process mapping to develop effective planning control systems

Assessment and feedback on effectiveness of change tactics

Development of key measures and metrics
