The role is a challenging one as it combines managing existing client and candidate relationships with the need to establish new leads and opportunities. Having a clear understanding of how to achieve growth in existing and new client relationships, as well as understanding the importance of developing a solid candidate base, is essential. Exposure to the industrial / driving sector is a distinct advantage although a proven track record in other sectors would also be given serious consideration.
